STRAWBERRY OAT SMOOTHIE BOWL
INGREDIENTS
| 1 | Rolled oats: 30g |

| 2 | Water: 60g |
| 3 | 1 large banana |
| 4 | Rich’s Whip topping Base: 120g |
| 5 | Cold water (to dilute the smoothie if required): 30g |
| 6 | Frozen unsweetened strawberries: 120g |
| 7 | Rich’s On Top Pre-whipped |
| 8 | Granola, mixed fresh berries & banana (for garnish) |
Preparation
| 1 | In a microwave-safe bowl, whisk together the oats with 60g of water. Microwave the mixture for 1 minute. Alternatively, you can add the raw oats directly to the blender if you prefer a slightly chewy texture. |

| 2 | Once the oats are cooked or added to the blender, allow them to cool. Then, add the remaining ingredients to the blender. |
| 3 | Blend the mixture until it becomes creamy and thick. |
| 4 | If desired, top the oatmeal with granola, mixed fresh berries, and honey for added flavour and texture. |
