Milk Foam:1 | Rich's Whip Topping™ Base: 200ml |

2 | Avoset® All Purpose Creamer Concentrate: 100ml |
3 | Fresh milk: 150ml |
1 | Matcha: 3g |
---|---|
2 | Boiled water: 50ml |
3 | Sugar syrup (1:1 ratio - 1000g sugar : 1000ml water): 20ml |
4 | Milk Foam: 70ml |
5 | Avoset® All Purpose Creamer Concentrate: 20ml |
Directions
Milk Foam:1 | Add Rich's Whip Topping™ Base and Avoset® All Purpose Creamer Concentrate into the blender, blend until the mixture yields to 30-40%, then add fresh milk. |

2 | Quickly blend. Pour it into the food container. Cover it well. The mixture can be refrigerated 3 days. |
3 | Stir well before use. |
1 | Mix the matcha powder with boiled water. |

2 | Add sugar syrup + Avoset® All Purpose Creamer Concentrate to the glass, add ice. |
3 | Pour matcha and stir. |
4 | Add ice and milk foam on top. |
5 | Decoration: Matcha powder. |
