WHITE GARLIC CHEESE SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
1 | ON TOP® Coconut Whip: 425g |
---|---|
2 | Unsalted butter: 70gr |
3 | Head garlic, minced: 1 |
4 | Flour: 65g |
5 | Parmesan cheese: 195g |
6 | Oregano: 5g |
7 | Salt and pepper to taste |
Directions
1 | Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic, cooking for 30 seconds before whisking in flour, pepper, salt and oregano. Whisk to combing well. |

2 | Slowly add Café Whip, whisking until well combined. Continue whisking occasionally until desired thickness is reached. |
3 | Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth. |
4 | Use immediately or cover and chill until ready to use. |
5 | Possible applications: Pasta sauce, pizza sauce, a dip or roasted vegetable topping. |
