STRAWBERRY DESSERT CUPS
INGREDIENTS
1 | Rich’s Whip Topping™ Base: 200 g |
---|---|
2 | Water: 50 g (below 10 °C) |
3 | Strawberry puree: 70g |
4 | Red velvet sponge sheets |
5 | Fresh strawberries |
6 | Heart shape/ Round cookie cutter |
7 | Large open star tip |
Directions
1 | Strawberry filling: Put all ingredients in the mixing bowl and whip at medium speed until desired consistency (Note: icing sugar can be added if required sweeter) |

2 | Use round cookie cutter to cut the red velvet sponge to fit two pieces into each dessert cup. |
3 | Place one piece of red velvet sponge on bottom and pipe strawberry filling with large open star tip. Add another piece of red velvet sponge on top and pipe a large swirl of strawberry filling. |
4 | Decorate with small diced pieces of fresh strawberries and a small heart shape red velvet sponge. |
