LAMINGTON CAKE
INGREDIENTS
1 | Rich'n Smooth Tropic |
---|---|
2 | Vanilla butter cake |
3 | Strawberry jam |
4 | Desiccated coconut |
5 | Chocolate icing |
6 | Fresh strawberries |
Directions
1 | Chill cake in fridge for 15 minutes to firm it up and make it easier to handle. |

2 | Slice butter cake into 3 layers and put them on the wire rack with a tray at the bottom. |
3 | Pour chocolate icing to cover the top and the side then scatter some desiccated coconut on the icing. |
4 | Put the first layer on the cake board/ plate, spread a filling layer with a generous amount of jam, and top with Rich’n Smooth Tropic. Repeat with the remaining layers. |
5 | Decorate with some fresh strawberries. |
