FLOWER CUPCAKES WITH STAR TIP

1 | Rich'n Smooth™ Tropic |

2 | Sponge cake/mud cake |
3 | Orange and a bit of chocolate/brown food colouring |
4 | Dark purple - blue, red and chocolate/brown food colouring |
5 | Light green - green and a bit of chocolate/brown food colouring |
6 | Star tip, leaf tip, round tip |
DIRECTIONS
Cupcake 1- Rose flower:1 | Use an open star tip to pipe a swirl from the centre of the cupcake outwards. |

2 | As you pipe your swirl, ensure even pressure, and overlap slightly to create a tight rosette. |
3 | Once you have reached the edge of the rosette, release pressure from the piping bag as you gently pull away. |
4 | Finally, pipe some leaves to complement the design. |
1 | Use an open star tip to pipe three small rosettes. |

2 | Then, utilise a leaf tip to pipe some leaves randomly. |
3 | Cut a small hole in the piping bag filled with green-coloured Rich'n Smooth™ Tropic. Pipe small dots randomly. |
4 | Use another piping bag filled with Rich'n Smooth™ Tropic to squeeze into each green dot, allowing a white spot to be visible on top, resembling flower buds. |
