MOTHER’S DAY CUPCAKES
INGREDIENTS
| 1 | Rich’s Easy Whip |

| 3 | Pink and chocolate/brown food colouring |
| 4 | Dark green – blue and a bit of chocolate/brown food colouring |
| 5 | Brown/chocolate food colouring |
| 6 | Rose tip, curve rose tip, small round tip, leaf tip |
DIRECTIONS
Rose flower cupcake:| 1 | Fill the piping bag, fitted with the curved rose tip, with whipped dark pink cream. |

| 2 | Start by piping a small blob of icing right in the centre of the cupcake. Hold the icing bag to the side of the blob but mostly above it and position the tip with the widest part down. |
| 3 | Pipe a circle around the centre blob. |
| 4 | With the widest part still down, pipe petals by creating overlapping strips of cream around the piped circle, slightly lifting in the centre to create an arched shape. |
| 5 | The first few rounds will have 3 or 4 petals, and as you reach the outside, more petals should be added. |
| 6 | Pipe two leaves on the side. |
| 1 | Fill the piping bag, fitted with the curved rose tip, with whipped dark pink cream. |

| 2 | Hold the piping bag at a 45-degree angle to the cupcake. Position the wider end of the rose tip towards the centre. Pipe a petal by applying gentle pressure and moving the tip outward in a curved motion. Repeat this process, overlapping the petals slightly, until you have a full circle of petals around the centre. |
| 3 | Use a small round tip to pipe green and brown cream to create the pistil in the middle. |
| 1 | Fill two piping bags, each fitted with a rose tip, one with whipped light pink cream and the other with a darker pink. |

| 2 | Position the tip so that the widest part is inward. |
| 3 | Pull the tip outward in a zigzag motion to form the petals, then pull it back to complete the petal shape. Continue piping more petals until the first layer is complete. For the second layer, repeat the process, ensuring that the new petals are positioned between the petals of the first layer. |
| 4 | Use a small round tip to pipe green and brown cream to create the pistil in the middle. |
