MOTHER’S DAY CUPCAKES 1

| 4 | Rose tip, leaf tip and small round tip |
Directions
| 1 | Sunflower 1a.Use a leaf tip and fill the piping bag with yellow cream. Pipe a layer of petals around the edge of the cupcake, then pipe another layer a little closer to the centre of the flower (overlapping with the existing layer underneath). Depending on the size of the cupcake, you may pipe a third layer. 1b.Use a small round tip and dark brown cream to pipe the disk florets. |

| 2 | Anemone flower 2a.Use a rose tip and Easy Whip for this flower. Position the tip so that the widest part is inward. Pull the tip outward to form the petal then pull it back to complete the petal. Continue to pipe more petals until the first layer is complete. For the second layer, repeat the process and make sure the new petals aren’t directly on top of the existing petals underneath. 2b.Use a small round tip and green cream to pipe the seeds in the middle. |

3a.Use the rose tip and purple cream for this flower.
3b.Start by making a small blob of cream right in the centre of the cupcake. Position your hands so that you are facing the blob, and the piping bag is right above it. Position the tip so that the widest part is downward.
