2 | Red velvet sponge sheet |
3 | Fresh strawberries |
4 | Christmas sprinkle |
Directions
1 | Using a paddle, mix 250g cream cheese and 30g icing sugar until smooth with medium speed. |

2 | Once smooth, slowly mix through 80g lemon juice and 200g Whip Topping Base until thoroughly combined. |
3 | Continue to blend together until smooth and doubled in quantity. |
4 | Fill the red velvet sponge sheet with cream cheese filling and roll the cake. |
5 | Ice roll cake with cream cheese filling. |
6 | Decorate with fresh strawberries and Christmas sprinkle. |
