VINTAGE BLOOM CAKE

| 1 | Rich'n Smooth Tropic/ Rich'n Smooth™ Chocolate |

| 2 | Sponge/ mud cake |
| 3 | Red and bucket brown colours |
| 4 | Leaf-green colour |
| 5 | Basket-weave tip (47), rose tip, leaf tip |
Directions
| 1 | Ice half the cake’s top with Rich’n Smooth Tropic. |

| 2 | Ice the rest of the cake with a thin layer of Rich'n Smooth™ Chocolate. |
| 3 | How to pipe the basket-weave pattern (around the cake and half of the cake’s top): |
| 3A | Pipe a straight vertical line the length of the surface which your are trying to fill. |
| 3B | Pipe horizontal lines overlapping the first vertical line. Make the spacing between the horizontal lines about the width of your piping tip. Make the length of the horizontal lines a little more than twice the width of your piping tip. |
| 3C | Make another vertical line, overlapping the ends of your horizontal lines. |
| 3C | Start the next set of horizontal lines in the gaps from the previous step. Again, make the horizontal lines a little more than twice the width of your tip. |
| 3C | Place another vertical line overlapping your horizontal lines. The closer the vertical lines are to each other, the tighter your basket-weave will appear to be. |
| 3C | Keep following the same steps until the entire surface is covered as desired. |
| 4 | Use the same basket-weave tip to pipe the border around the half of the cake’s top that was covered in Rich’n Smooth Tropic. |
| 5 | Pipe some roses in red and light red colours using a rose tip. |
| 6 | Pipe leaves between the roses. |
