| 6g | Instant coffee powder |
| 20g | Hot water |
| 40g | Milk |

- M1 open star piping tip
- Dissolve the coffee powder in hot water and let it cool completely.
- Add Whip Topping Base, milk, and the cooled coffee liquid to a bowl, then whip to soft peaks.
- Pipe a rosette onto each cupcake using the M1 star tip and decorate with pink heart chocolates and sprinkles.
