1 | Clean and cut the salmon into serving pieces. |

3 | Fry garlic and onion with some olive oil and let it cool. Seasoned the salmon with olive oil, white pepper, salt and chopped garlic. Put the seasoned salmon in the freezer so the fish won't fall apart. |
4 | Peel the pumpkin, then stir fry it with butter. Stew the pumpkin in 20 minutes, then blend it with Rich's Versatié™ and a pinch of salt. |
5 | For a richer sauce, add more Versatié™. |
6 | Grill or pan fry the salmon. Put it on top of the pumpkin sauce with grated cheese on top. Cook in the oven. Eat while hot. |
